Research shows that for many people it delivers better results than one-to-one work.

These sessions are predominantly psycho-educational aimed at encouraging reflection that enable you to make changes.  You are strongly encouraged to practice what you learn between sessions.

Owen is happy for people to be off camera during the workshops if they feel socially anxious or if they want to be anonymous.

FAQs

Is this the same as group therapy?

The workshops are designed to help you accommodate anxiety as a part of life, and how to live comfortably with it. This won’t be deep delving analytical therapy. It will be more solution focussed to help you function better in everyday life.

Do I need to share personal information in the group?

Your comfort is paramount. You won't be expected to speak or contribute if that isn't comfortable for you. Likewise your camera can be switched off. 

Are sessions recorded?

Privacy is a priority. Sessions won't be recorded, though Owen may maintain notes in line with GDPR rules.

Missed a session?

Owen will recap at the beginning of every session.  Unfortunately alternative sessions or personal updates can't be offered.

Refund Policy?

Given the limited seats, refunds aren't possible. However, contact us for exceptional circumstances, and we'll explore transferring you to a future workshop.

Is the workshop always at the same time?

You will be informed of workshop dates, times when you apply to join workshops.

Accessing the workshop?

You'll receive a live Microsoft Teams link on the morning of each session.

Is it live? Can I engage with Owen directly?

Absolutely and there will be opportunities towards the end of each workshop to ask questions.
